Being a loving positive person is the
main ingredient in living a happy satisfied life. Spending less time with people
you feel the need to impress and more time with people who make you smile and
laugh is food for peace, contentment and
health.
Also don't live in the past or worry
about the future if you want peace and contentment, life is in the present, that
is where you are, so live life in the now.
